Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel before work begins and receive a full refund of fees paid to Habibur Digital, excluding any third-party cost that has already been committed or paid at your request.

Once work has begun, completed work is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled partway through, any refund is limited to the uncompleted portion of prepaid work after deducting completed work and committed costs.

Publisher fees, software, advertising spend, domains, licences, production expenses, and other external costs are non-refundable once purchased, reserved, or committed.

To stop a recurring service, provide written notice before the next billing date or within the notice period stated in your agreement. Work already delivered or started for the current period remains payable.

Email hello@habibur.org with your name, project, invoice details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are returned through an available payment method; processing times may vary by provider.
